What do you do
when your heart's torn in two
feeling stuck in a space
between rock and hard place
and the only way out
is painful, no doubt
but staying where you are
could end worse by far
love is there, but it has changed
lust is gone and friendship remains
happy, naive and so carefree
but just not one who challenges me
i need to be pushed to think and grow
